MyLoupe.com Announces New Time Saving Features for Stock Photo Buyers

CHICAGO, April 16, 2007, MyLoupe Inc. today announced four exciting new enhancements designed to save time and add convenience for users of its Stock Image Library http://myloupe.com/ . Improved search performance, instant previews, buying by purchase order and the ability to save rights managed uses to quickly price other images.

1) Search performance ... " is something we are always working to improve either in terms of relevancy or speed" noted Brian Heston, President and Founder of myLoupe Inc. "Our most recent enhancement is something of a breakthrough for us. After the initial search results have loaded, navigating from one page of search results to the next is almost instantaneous now. We're seeing 1 - 4 seconds on an average to move from page to page where it used to take 8 seconds or more. It's a totally revamped approach that will save a lot of time."

2) Instant Previews ... When searching through pages of thumbnail size images sometimes you want to see an image enlarged without bothering to go to the image detail page and back again, so MyLoupe has added enlarged view images that can be accessed from any search results just by putting the curser over a thumbnail image. An enlarged view will be displayed without having to leave the search results page.

3) Saved Rights Managed Uses ... Anyone who has priced a Rights Managed image online is familiar with the process of selecting a number of parameters such as reproduction size, press run, etc. and getting a price calculated from those combined factors. Now you can price an image and save all the pricing parameters you entered. Then, anytime you login to MyLoupe, you can apply your saved pricing parameters to any rights managed image instead of selecting all of the individual price factors all over again. For magazine and book publishers in particular this can be a huge time saver.

4) Corporate Accounts ... MyLoupe now offers qualified corporate buyers the option at checkout to pay by credit card and get a receipt or enter a purchase order number and get an invoice. Images can then be downloaded and licensing is validated by payment of the invoice.

MyLoupe.com launched in April 2005 with 46,000 images online and about 300 contributors. Today it offers over 300,000 images online from over 1000 photographers around the globe. Thousands of fresh images are being added weekly.
