It cost's the contributor nothing to join myLoupe and participate in online sales. You are empowered by myLoupe's web based tools to upload, caption, keyword and select pricing options. Those services will be available on a fee basis for those who would rather have us do it.

To participate in selling directly from your own website through our optional mySite program there is a one time set-up fee of $250 for standard customization and a annual subscription fee of $290. This assumes we are integrating your stock photo library into an existing website. To create a new website there may be additional site design, hosting and registration fees. It depends upon what you want and we'll be glad to discuss the options with you.

When your images sell on myLoupe.com you earn 60% of the net sum received. If the sale originates from your own website you'll earn 85% of the net.

Options:

1. Upload images through your web-based members administration module. You can upload individual images or batches of 1 - 10. In batch mode embedded ITPC data will be imported.
2. Bulk Upload
   1. Prepare your images according to our submission guidelines and mail them on a CD or DVD. There is a $0.15 per image fee for this service which may be deferred against royalty payments. You'll be emailed as soon as they are uploaded (ITPC data will be imported in the bulk upload method).
   2. They are uploaded, processed, and left in a unpublished state awaiting captioning, keywording and pricing.
   3. You can log-in to your administrative module and publish them, select pricing options, check imported ITPC data or add captions and keywords.

A Personalized Stock Image site (mySite) can be easily integrated into an existing website by adding a "stock" link in that site and using the URL we provide. The web developer who developed your site can easily do this for you or myLoupe web designers can do it if you provide FTP access to your site. Depending on your site's architecture there may be an additional charge for this service but in many cases it is simple enough that it will be covered by the set-up fee. Our designers will emulate as closely as possible the look and feel of your website so that entering the stock photo section of your site is a seamless experience. The user will actually be viewing your stock image library on myLoupe.com, all transactions will occur on myLoupe.com but the web pages will look similar if not exactly like your current web site. Sales are tracked separately and you receive an 85% royalty on them. Your mySite carries your branding, only a small "Powered by myLoupe" logo at the page bottom indicates you are part of the myLoupe Network.

There is a $250 one time setup fee and $290 annual subscription fee.
Note: The mySite program is entirely optional and you can link to your collection on myLoupe at no cost.

If you don't yet have a website, we can set you up with a stand alone web address and design a website that will be an effective marketing tool for both stock and assignment work. Costs will vary depending on the features you want. There are currently a number of package options under development. Contact us if you need an immediate quote.

The domain name registration is $6.95/year and hosting is $8.95/month. Developing a basic website starts at around $650 and there would be an annual subscription fee of $290 if you wanted to connect your website to myLoupe with the mySite program.
